Hello!
Look at me sending 2 newsletters in 2 days. This weekend, I’m off to Panchgani as part of an immersive gathering of changemakers working in different fields. I’ll be running a reflective studio in nature, and can’t wait for all the art, poetry and zines that will be created, and the restful shade of trees we will sit under.
I’ve woken up feeling light this morning. And there’s an undercurrent of curiosity and exploration that I’m grabbing onto.
Maybe it all begins with accepting oneself and learning to love whoever you are, in every passing moment, and letting go of the old self. Shall we try that as we slowly walk into the last month of the year?

A few poems on the art of self acceptance and love.
1. Diagnosis by Andrea Gibson
I suffer
from unrequited self love.
I love myself, but I don't
love myself
back.
