October Special: For the love of clouds ☁️
Dear reader,
I’ve been spending more time by the window, in idle pursuit of one of my favorite hobbies: cloud watching. Ever since I was a child, finding shapes and creatures in the sky has been a source of joy, and since the arrival of Procreate, doodling on photographs has been a form of constant therapy.
I know I’m an hour late, but here’s a little special edition intended to be sent in October, a month where storms (inside my mind and outside) and dark clouds took over the fluffy white clouds I so adore.
Also, a few of my own cloud doodles:
Cloudy poems
You called, you’re on the train, on Sunday,
I have just taken a shower and await
you. Clouds are slipping in off the ocean,
but the room is gently lit by the green
shirt you gave me. I have been practicing
a new way to say hello and it is fantastic.
You were so sad: goodbye. I was so sad.
All the shops were closed but the sky
was high and blue. I tried to walk it off
but I must have walked in the wrong direction.
